There are many companies that offer tuition assistance to their employees so they can work while getting education without worrying about their college fees.
Some of them also have partnerships with different educational institutions which make it easier for employees to get education with tuition assistance.
Employee Education Assistance Programs at Different Companies
1- Starbucks Corporation
Starbucks provides full tuition to its employees who have been working full-time at one of their branches.
If you are working full-time or tenured part-time at your local Starbucks, you can qualify for their Starbucks College Achievement Plan which can cover your whole college fee if you are pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
2- Walmart Inc.
The multinational retail corporation, Walmart, also has a tuition reimbursement program called Live Better U. Your degree choice finalizes if you are eligible for Live Better U or not.
Walmart Inc. is a partner of Guild Education. You have to be working at Walmart for 90 days minimum to opt for their tuition assistance program.
3- Bank of America Corporation
Bank of America also offers tuition assistance to their employees with up to $7,500 annually. Full-time employees can get this tuition assistance for job-related courses and to earn some certifications.
4- Home Depot Inc.
Home Depot Inc. is a multinational retail corporation which deals with home related products including tools, construction products and appliances.
Employees can opt for tuition reimbursement as soon as they start working at Home Depot. Full-time employees are eligible for $5000 annually and can get 50% of their tuition fee from the corporation.
5- FedEx Corporation
FedEx Corporation provides up to $5,250 annually to its employees who are pursuing a degree or attending trade or technical schools.
FedEx also has a partnership with Robert Morris University, where FedEx employees doing online courses are offered unique tuition discounts.
6- United Parcel Service(UPS)
The Earn & Learn tuition assistance program at UPS provides $5,250 tuition reimbursement to its part-time and full-time employees. Employees are eligible for this program as soon as they start working there.
7- AT&T Inc.
AT&T provides employer-sponsored education benefits to its employees who have worked at the organization for at least six months. Most of the college degrees are eligible for tuition assistance but AT&T do not provide assistance for certificate programs.
8- Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc.
Chipotle Mexican Grill also has a partnership with Guild Education and employees can access 100% tuition assistance, with $5,250 reimbursement annually. Employees can get tuition assistance for bachelor’s as well as masters degree.
